Biden Constitutionally Disqualified to Run for President says Group of Illinois Citizens.
Springfield, IL, (January 12, 2024) Based on a preponderance of evidence of continual unconstitutional acts of Aid or Comfort to American enemies, at 4:32 CST PM today, four Illinois residents submitted to the Illinois State Board of Elections an 180 page objection to Joseph R. Biden’s petitions to be on the March ballot as a candidate for the Democrat Nomination for the Office of the President of the United States.
The document says that in taking the oath of office 9 times as Senator and Vice President, Biden cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements for the office of President established in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, known as the Aid or Comfort Disqualification Clause.
